I recently took my Tesla Model 3 to Eric at Martenson Performance after another mechanic installed brake pads and left me with a loud squealing noise whenever I backed up. I brought the car to Eric to install new rotors and diagnose the issue, and I was shocked when he discovered that the previous mechanic had left out some of the brake hardware and had not installed the caliper clips correctly. Eric took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, corrected the issues, and made sure everything was installed properly. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. The brakes are now working great, and the noise is completely gone. It’s not often you find a mechanic who genuinely cares about doing the job right, and I highly recommend Martenson Performance to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs

For about 6 years, I have taken my cars (‘04 Audi A4, and ‘15 Mk7 Golf R) exclusively to Erik , and he has always finished every repair effectively and exceded my expectation (!) as a customer! He has also successfully and efficiently dealt with my extended warranty insurance company to keep my costs down! I unconditionally endorse him for any job, large or small, because his skill set and experience has made me a loyal customer!

I found my new mechanic! Erik is knowledgeable and super friendly. He won't talk to you like you are an idiot like other mechanics will. Prices are fair and work is beyond what he first estimates. Plus his estimate is his word. He tells you a price and that's what you pay. No surprise charges when you come to get you're vehicle. Definitely going back. Plus Wendy is a delight to talk to as well!

Eric Martenson is the one! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable. It’s not often you find a mechanic like Eric. Having an older car makes finding a mechanic even more difficult but Eric’s experience and knowledge were super apparent and very comforting. What’s more though was the result. I drove in with a 25 year old car that was shaking like a category 5 hurricane, and drove away with a car that was silent and felt brand new again. It was my first time with Martenson performance, but I will definitely be a lifelong customer. Two thumbs up and a big thanks to these guys!

Been going to Eric for close to a year now. He’s always been super honest and reliable. Quick turn around time, most of the time he’s waiting on me to come pick up my Volkswagen. 2 different times he’s helped me with a tow and fixed me right up. A few days for a transmission job when my car got water in my transmission after a bad flood. This past time, he got me a tow from North Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale without costing me an arm and a leg. Super friendly, both him and his girlfriend. She gave me a ride home when my transmission was being repaired. That’s service. Extremely knowledgeable and well mannered. Honest as anyone could be. Haven’t let anyone work on my car since I met him through a trusted friend, highly recommend him to anyone with a car and especially anyone with a Volkswagen from personal experience since he he worked at Gunther for years as a master mechanic. No ones ever been able to figure my car out, and Eric could figure out what it was before he even put his hands on the car based on my description.
